    Step 1

    糯米浸泡2小时。Soak the glutinous rice for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    将冬菇、素叉烧及素肉炒香备用。Stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms, vegetarian char siu and vegetarian meat until fragrant, set aside.

    Step 3

    将调味料A煮滚备用。Boil the seasonings A and set aside.

    Step 4

    锅内加入少许油,炒香糯米饭,加入少许黑酱油。Add a little oil to the pot, stir-fry the glutinous rice until fragrant, and add a little dark soy sauce.

    Step 5

    准备小碗,把冬菇,素叉烧及素肉摆放小碗内。Prepare small bowls and place the shiitake mushrooms, vegetarian char siu, and vegetarian meat at bottom.

    加入糯米饭,倒入调味汁,以中火蒸25分钟即可。Then cover with glutinous rice, pour in the seasoning, steam over medium heat for 25 minutes.
